Whilst every care is taken to ensure that images of products are representative, as with any natural material variations in colour and form can occur.Product liability is limited to replacement of product only. Claims for consequential loss will not be entered into. 🐚Seashell size.Shells and starfish are natural products and we are not able to give exact the range of sizes. Whilst every effort will be made to try and ensure the shells fall within the specified size-ranges (or within a 10% tolerance level) before we process your delivery. However, if your selected product is out of specified range (and out of the tolerance level), we will notify you as soon as possible.🐚Dyed Starfish and natural colours:Dye reactions can vary resulting colours that may not be exact or uniform throughout. Thus, we are unable to guarantee the exact colours as in the photos.
🐚Odour: All the shells and starfish are cleaned thoroughly, however persistent slight odour is not uncommon, especially if stored over time. As we package our orders to prevent water damage, you may experience some odour upon delivery due to lack of airflow. This should dissipate over time.
You are deemed to have placed an order with us by giving an instruction to supply goods via our online checkout process, by fax, written communication or verbally by telephone.We will notify you by phone or e-mail if we cannot accept your order or if you cancel the order prior to dispatch.
All prices stated are in Ringgit(RM)at the applicable rate. Where we charge separately for shipping, the appropriate rates are set out clearly in the product description. Prices may be altered at any time without prior notice. Should an incorrect price being placed to us,we reserve the right not to accept the order.
Delivery is deemed to have taken place once the products have arrived at the address provided.
Signatures are not necessarily required as proof of delivery. Once delivered, responsibility including loss or damage to the product rests with the purchaser.
Should there be any shortages or damages, these must be notified to us within 5 days of delivery.
5)Cancellations of Order ,Refunds & No Returns.
Once an order is placed (paid for) and processed for delivery, we do not offer refunds. We will ensure all ordered products are in good condition and packaged with appropriate packaging materials to protect the product during delivery. However, we will not be responsible for damages during the delivery process, which is beyond our control.However,any return of the product is at our expense if our faulty, or the wrong product is delivered in which case we will exchange the product as soon as possible. We can arrange for collection.
